  • 1st Exercise - Two-Knee Pull Tuck (6 Reps)
  • 2nd Exercise - Alternating Single Knee to Elbow Mountain Climbers (3 Reps per leg)
  • 3rd Exercise - Two-Leg Pike (6 Reps)
  • 4th Exercise - Air Splits (6 Reps)
  • 5th Exercise - Two Knee Alternating Side to Side Tuck (3 Reps per side)
