1. Shipping
   All orders are processed on the same day and generally ship out, either the same or next business day. Orders usually arrive within 7 - 10 business days.
   We do ship internationally. Although, we assume no responsibility for international custom fees or brokerage fees and can not guarantee delivery times which may take up to 4 - 6 weeks.
2. Warranty
   We provide a 25 year warranty. That’s right, should anything happen to cause your Stretch Buddy damage, simply return it and we’ll replace them absolutely FREE, with just a small shipping and handling fee.
3. Guarantee
   If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the way you look and feel within 90 days, simply send it back for a full refund, no questions asked.
4. Returns
   If you are returning your product, please include your full name and the email address you purchased with and state that you are returning the Stretch Buddy.
   Once you have shipped your package to us, contact us letting us know that you are returning your item(s) and be sure to include your tracking code for your shipment to ensure it wont be lost in the mail.
