Jaime Lynn Ward - Team Canada Competitive Boxer

Jaime Lynn Ward

Jaime was born in North Vancouver, BC Canada, and although she has lived all over Canada and the USA as well as Australia for bit, she now resides back in her birthplace of North Vancouver .

As a child Jaime was always very active and participated in baseball, skating, and skiing. But because of Jaime independent nature it was individual sports that she was drawn to. As a teenager she competed in downhill skiing, mountain biking and swimming. In her early 20′s she challenged herself with marathon running and competing in triathlons.

In 2003 Jaime moved to Calgary to attend the Alberta College of Art and Design where she studied Graphic Design. Because it was too cold in the winter to continue with her triathlon training, Jaime found her way into boxing classes held at the University of Calgary. Immediately she was hooked.

Armageddon Fighting Championship

Astone Fitness is proud to support AFC. This league has been featured on CBC's Dragon's Den and is building up a large following. Astone Fitness products power the training of many of the AFC fighters to keep them in top shape.

Travis Hathorn

Travis_HathornYou may recognize Travis Hathorn as being featured throughout The Human Trainer instructional materials, product packaging, and videos.

Travis Hathorn has always loved the outdoors. At a young age he started to involve himself in numerous outdoor activities to stay active and enjoy what Vancouver, Canada has to offer.

At age 11 he started rock climbing and by age 15 was competing in local competitions. By age 17 he had won several climbing competitions and was recruited by the Canadian National team. His competitive climbing career was cut short by a severe injury.

As part of Travis’ rehab, he explored other ways to train and stay fit. He began recreational boxing, cross-fit, power lifting and sprinting. His hard work paid off and lead to a new career in fitness modeling. He has appeared in magazines like Natural Body Builder and Exercise For Men.
He’s always had a positive outlook on life and has kept himself healthy by keeping fitness and nutrition a large priority in his life.
